the myth you’re living

A 21 day guided journaling course for anyone who can feel themselves at a threshold — ready to stop performing a life and start living one that's actually true.

"Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes."
— C.G. Jung

What you’ll meet inside:

Daily Pages

Every day begins with free-form writing, before that day's specific prompt.

Daily Pages aren't a warm-up for the real work – they're the ground the rest of it stands on.

Write by hand if you can. One long, unbroken stream, whatever arrives, for at least 10 minutes. Grammar, spelling, sense – none of it matters here. No one reads this but you; some mornings, not even you. This isn't a place to arrive at conclusions. It's a place to empty the mind of what it's carrying, so the deeper work of the day has room to move.

Five Chapters - 21 Days

chapter I — Ground (Days 1–5)

Before anything can be known, it has to be told honestly — if only to the page. This first chapter isn't about insight yet. It's about clearing the ground: noticing where you've been living from adaptation rather than truth, and beginning, carefully, to tell yourself what's actually so.

chapter II — Descent (Days 6–10)

Grief and shadow don't resolve because we decide it's time. They resolve, if they resolve at all, because they were finally met. This movement is a descent — not into pathology, but into what's been exiled, protected against, or simply never given room. Marion Woodman wrote often of the body holding what the conscious mind refuses; this chapter is about trusting instinct.

chapter III — The Call (Days 11–15)

This chapter asks something different of the future than most journaling courses do. It doesn't ask you to design an outcome, visualise a dream life, or manifest a version of yourself built from ego and ambition. It asks you to listen. James Hillman's acorn theory holds that something in each of us already carries the shape of what we're meant to become – a pattern selected before birth, waiting to be recognised rather than invented. Bill Plotkin calls this the life that wants to live through you. This chapter is an exercise in listening for it.

chapter IV — Integrity (Days 16–18)

Integrity, in its original sense, means wholeness – a life organised around one true thing rather than fractured across many performances of a life. This chapter isn't a goal-setting exercise. It's the search for a single throughline honest enough to hold the rest.

chapter V — Return (Days 19–21)

Everything in this course begins with relationship – to yourself, your body, the unconscious, others, nature, mystery. This closing chapter turns that relationship outward again, after three weeks spent mostly looking in.

this course is included in my library which everyone who steps into mentorship or group immersions has access to.
