the art of becoming

A journey for Women - into psyche, SOMA, soul, and the living world.

A six-week immersion for women at the edge of something new.

Welcome

Something in you already knows you're at a threshold.

Perhaps a more creative, soulful life has been quietly asking for your attention. Perhaps you've built a career that no longer reflects the woman you've become and is asking to be reimagined. Or perhaps you simply sense that the way you've been meeting life can no longer carry what is waiting to emerge.

The Inner Union is a six-week immersion for women who already know the landscape of inner work, yet recognise that this next chapter won't be met by doing more – it will be met by knowing themselves more deeply.

Drawing from Jungian psychology, Psychosynthesis, somatic practice, eco-soul-centric development and transpersonal psychology, each module offers both a rich theoretical framework and an embodied process through which to explore the inner world. Together, they create a practical map of the psyche –one that helps you recognise the patterns that have shaped you, understand the parts that have protected you, reclaim the aspects of yourself that have been left behind, and cultivate a steadier relationship with the deeper Self that can hold the life now calling you forward.

This immersion isn't about becoming someone else. It's about developing the inner understanding, discernment and embodied presence to meet your life from a place of greater wholeness. As your relationship with yourself transforms, so too does your capacity to lead, create, love and live with clarity, courage and integrity.

This work asks something of you. It is designed for women who are already fluent in their inner lives –who have engaged in therapy, analysis, coaching or sustained contemplative practice – and who feel called not to begin their journey, but to deepen it.

Who This Is For

This is for women who lead — a creative practice, a family, a vision, a business, only they can see the whole of — and who sense that something at the root is ready to change.

It's for women who already know their inner world isn't simple, and who are looking for a room built for that complexity, not one that flinches from it.

It asks for real presence: live sessions, held accountability, and a willingness to meet the depths.

This isn't for you if...

● Inner work is new to you — there are gentler places to begin, and this will still be here when you're ready.

● You want to attend live only when convenient — this container will ask more of you than that.

● You're looking for a fast fix — this isn't fast, and it isn't a fix.

The Modules

  • 1. Come as You Are

Every meaningful journey begins with an honest arrival. Before we seek to change anything, we begin by creating a space where nothing needs to be performed, explained or resolved. This opening module is an invitation to land fully in yourself, allowing your body to settle and your inner world to be met with kindness.

Grounded in somatic and reflective practices, this first week establishes the container from which all deeper work can unfold.

The reason we begin here is simple: transformation doesn't happen through striving—it begins when we feel safe enough to be exactly where we are.

  • 2. Meeting the Gatekeepers

Each of us is shaped by the many inner voices that have helped us survive—the critic, the achiever, the pleaser, the protector. Rather than seeing these as flaws to overcome, we'll explore them as intelligent adaptations that once served us well, learning to meet them with curiosity rather than resistance.

Drawing on Roberto Assagioli's Psychosynthesis, alongside the wider traditions of depth psychology, we'll explore Jungian parts work, subpersonalities, disidentification, and the emergence of the observing Self.

As these inner patterns become conscious, they begin to loosen their grip, creating more space for choice, compassion and a deeper relationship with who you truly are beneath them.

  • 3. Reclaiming the Child

Within every woman lives the child who once knew how to imagine freely, trust deeply and delight in simply being alive. Over time, parts of that aliveness are often abandoned in the service of belonging and survival. This module offers a gentle return to what has been forgotten – not simply to heal what was wounded, but to reclaim what has always remained whole.

Informed by Carl Jung's Child Archetype and John Bradshaw's work on the Inner Child, we'll explore both the universal and deeply personal dimensions of this relationship.

By returning to these younger parts with compassion, we begin to recover qualities that adulthood alone cannot teach –wonder, vitality, creativity and an instinctive trust in life itself.

  • 4. SOUL. SOMA. SOIL

Our bodies carry stories long before our minds can explain them. They are not simply vessels that hold our lives, but living expressions of soul, intuition and relationship with the world around us. This week invites you to listen differently – to your body, to the rhythms of nature, and to the conversation unfolding between them.

Drawing on the work of Marion Woodman, James Hillman, Bill Plotkin, Joan Chodorow and Sharon Blackie, we'll explore the body as both a psychological and ecological landscape.

As we learn to honour the wisdom of the body and our belonging within the living world, a different way of relating to ourselves begins to emerge– one rooted less in control, and more in reverence.

  • 5. The Inner Marriage

Many of us live with an inner division: one part striving, another longing to soften; one driving forward, another quietly waiting to be heard. This module explores the relationship between these inner masculine and feminine energies – not as fixed identities, but as complementary ways of being that long to work together.

Drawing from Jungian theory of Anima and Animus, the symbolism of the Sacred Marriage, and the writings of Marion Woodman and Robert A. Johnson, we'll explore what it means for the inner masculine to become a protector, rather than a controller, of the feminine.

When these inner relationships begin to shift, we often find ourselves moving through the world with greater integrity, balance and a quieter sense of inner authority.

  • 6. Beyond the Self

Every ending asks something of us. Rather than rushing towards what's next, this final module offers space to pause, integrate and honour the journey you've travelled. Together we'll reflect on what has changed, what continues to unfold, and how this work wishes to live beyond our time together.

Drawing on the broader understanding of Jungian individuation, transpersonal psychology and reflective practice, we'll explore what it means to carry inner transformation into everyday life.

Integration is where insight becomes lived experience. This closing week is an invitation to leave not with more information, but with a deeper relationship to yourself that can continue unfolding long after the immersion has ended.

testimonials

  • Working with Hannah has been utterly transformative. Of all the inner work I've done over the years, she has a remarkable ability to meet me exactly where I am, offering the right approach at exactly the right moment.

What makes her work so unique is the breadth and depth of what she brings. Through embodied practices, creative inquiry, dream work, symbolism and more, Hannah has helped me gently uncover and work with parts of myself that had been holding me back for years. Nothing ever feels formulaic; every session is intuitive, thoughtful and deeply attuned.

This journey continues to unfold, but working with Hannah has given me a far deeper understanding of myself and the confidence to claim my voice in the world and pursue what truly matters to me. I am profoundly grateful for her wisdom, her presence and the work she offers.

    Joanne, Scottland.

  • I have had numerous one:one sessions with Hannah, each engenders deeper discovery of myself. Working with Hannah is one of the only times I feel I can truly let go and release what needs to be released.

Post session I feel a true sense of lightness and calm; negative energy is neutralised; uphill struggles are diminished to gentle slopes. I would highly recommend trying a session to see what you uncover.

    Sarah, London.

  • I remember when I first met Hannah there was a sense of instantly relaxing and trusting her and feeling as though I was in the presence of someone embodying a great deal of the divine mother.

Hannah is a wonderful person and space holder. She holds a very warm, safe and non judgemental space. During times that we have worked on subjects that I may feel shame or resistance around, I have only been met with acceptance, warmth and caring, never judgement.

When working with Hannah it is easy to look at my issues from a space of “everything is already ok” and that I don’t need to fix or improve my self to be worthy of love and acceptance. Hannah is very intuitive and sensitive yet grounded and human.

I highly recommend working with her!

    Alia, Sweden.

  • I first met Hannah because I wanted to understand my relationship with money. During our initial consultation I could hear her genuine interest in wanting to help me dig deeper. Through our sessions she holds space for me to be completely honest and vulnerable. She shows you that not everything is one sided and has a root cause. We laugh, I cry and even though we chat through a screen I can feel her affection for what I’m going through. Her grounding presence is infectious as she opens her sessions with a big smile and non judgmental ‘how are you today?’

Hannah is pure magic! If you are looking to dive deeper into the self, you’re in the right place. Needless to say I’ve learnt about money in forms I never thought of. I am grateful for each of our chats and always look forward to the next one. They’re difficult but you leave lighter and more enlightened then before. Thank you Hannah!

    Amanda, Ireland.

  • I have had the privilege of experiencing Hannah's work in both group and 1 on 1 settings and fully appreciate the way she can hold space, share wisdom and untangle wounds for healing in both scenarios.

Her gentle but conscientious approach feels like an education with a safe and friendly hand to hold.

It's so important for this kind of work to be readily available. I'm very grateful to have found Hannah on this path and am excited to see what she will facilitate for me along the way.

    Aimie, London.

  • I have completed one of Hannah's group containers and worked with her one-to-one over the past few years. Throughout every experience, she has been an incredibly skilled facilitator, bringing both deep knowledge and genuine wisdom to her work.

What stands out most is the care and integrity with which Hannah holds every space. She has a gentleness that creates a sense of safety, allowing you to explore even the most vulnerable parts of yourself feeling fully supported.

Whether you choose to work with Hannah individually or within one of her group containers, I couldn't recommend her more highly. Her work has been a truly meaningful part of my own journey, and I'm deeply grateful for everything she has shared.

    Jane, Ireland.
