the world was made to be free in.

Give up all the other worlds
except the one to which you belong.”

The Foundations of My Work

The Foundations of My Work

My work is shaped by an ongoing exploration of what it means to become fully human. It weaves together depth psychology, embodied practice, transpersonal psychotherapy, creativity, and a deep reverence for the wisdom of the natural world.

In 2025, I received a First Class Masters Degree in Jungian Psychology (Art, Psyche and the Creative Imagination) from TUS. My research explored Jungian somatics, the union of opposites, and creativity as a means of engaging the unconscious and reclaiming the inner child. This work continues to form the foundation of my approach, offering a way of understanding human development that honours both our psychological complexity and our innate movement towards wholeness.

I am currently completing an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy, where my studies have been particularly drawn to Psychosynthesis – a transpersonal approach to psychotherapy that understands healing not simply as the resolution of suffering, but as the unfolding of human potential and the deeper expression of the self.

Alongside my academic studies, I have spent the past decade facilitating groups and accompanying individuals through processes of personal transformation. During this time, I have studied yoga and meditation in India, consciousness and contemplative practice, tantra, rites of passage, eco-soul-centred perspectives, relational psychology, and the many ways our bodies, relationships, and connection to the living world shape who we become.

While these disciplines inform my work, no single modality defines it. Rather, they come together in service of a simple intention: to create a space where people can meet themselves honestly, reclaim what has been forgotten, and live with greater authenticity, presence, and participation in the world.

The Story Behind My Work

I didn't come to this work through a career plan.

I came to it through the experience of discovering that the life I was living no longer felt like my own.

Growing up on a farm in Ireland, I developed an early love of the natural world. Yet, like many of us, I gradually learned to look outside myself for belonging, achievement, and identity. In my twenties, I moved to London and built a career in the creative industries, working for fashion magazine Harpers Bazaar, and then with the band Florence and the Machine. From the outside, life looked exciting. Internally, I felt increasingly disconnected from myself.

A profound personal loss became the catalyst for change.

In the years that followed, I left my life in London and began a journey of exploration that has now spanned more than a decade. I travelled widely, lived in the Peruvian Amazon, studied yoga and meditation in India, immersed myself in contemplative traditions, depth psychology, creativity, and psychotherapy, and sought to understand not only how we suffer, but how we become.

Along the way, I realised that healing was never simply about resolving pain.

It was about learning to live in relationship – with ourselves, with others, with the living world, and with the deeper mystery that continually asks us to grow beyond who we thought we were.

That understanding has become the foundation of my work.

Today, I continue to study, create, write, and accompany others through their own journeys of becoming. I don't believe there is a final destination to this work. I believe we are continually invited to meet ourselves anew, again and again, allowing each season of life to reveal another layer of who we are.

I feel deeply grateful to walk alongside people as they discover what is most true within themselves and begin to live from that place.

to find it all back where i began”

Words From others...

  • Working with Hannah has been utterly transformative. Of all the inner work I've done over the years, she has a remarkable ability to meet me exactly where I am, offering the right approach at exactly the right moment.

What makes her work so unique is the breadth and depth of what she brings. Through embodied practices, creative inquiry, dream work, symbolism and more, Hannah has helped me gently uncover and work with parts of myself that had been holding me back for years. Nothing ever feels formulaic; every session is intuitive, thoughtful and deeply attuned.

This journey continues to unfold, but working with Hannah has given me a far deeper understanding of myself and the confidence to claim my voice in the world and pursue what truly matters to me. I am profoundly grateful for her wisdom, her presence and the work she offers.

    Joanne, Scottland.

  • I have had numerous one:one sessions with Hannah, each engenders deeper discovery of myself. Working with Hannah is one of the only times I feel I can truly let go and release what needs to be released.

Post session I feel a true sense of lightness and calm; negative energy is neutralised; uphill struggles are diminished to gentle slopes. I would highly recommend trying a session to see what you uncover.

    Sarah, London.

  • I remember when I first met Hannah there was a sense of instantly relaxing and trusting her and feeling as though I was in the presence of someone embodying a great deal of the divine mother.

Hannah is a wonderful person and space holder. She holds a very warm, safe and non judgemental space. During times that we have worked on subjects that I may feel shame or resistance around, I have only been met with acceptance, warmth and caring, never judgement.

When working with Hannah it is easy to look at my issues from a space of “everything is already ok” and that I don’t need to fix or improve my self to be worthy of love and acceptance. Hannah is very intuitive and sensitive yet grounded and human.

I highly recommend working with her!

    Alia, Sweden.

  • I first met Hannah because I wanted to understand my relationship with money. During our initial consultation I could hear her genuine interest in wanting to help me dig deeper. Through our sessions she holds space for me to be completely honest and vulnerable. She shows you that not everything is one sided and has a root cause. We laugh, I cry and even though we chat through a screen I can feel her affection for what I’m going through. Her grounding presence is infectious as she opens her sessions with a big smile and non judgmental ‘how are you today?’

Hannah is pure magic! If you are looking to dive deeper into the self, you’re in the right place. Needless to say I’ve learnt about money in forms I never thought of. I am grateful for each of our chats and always look forward to the next one. They’re difficult but you leave lighter and more enlightened then before. Thank you Hannah!

    Amanda, Ireland.

  • I have had the privilege of experiencing Hannah's work in both group and 1 on 1 settings and fully appreciate the way she can hold space, share wisdom and untangle wounds for healing in both scenarios.

Her gentle but conscientious approach feels like an education with a safe and friendly hand to hold.

It's so important for this kind of work to be readily available. I'm very grateful to have found Hannah on this path and am excited to see what she will facilitate for me along the way.

    Aimie, London.

  • I have completed one of Hannah's group containers and worked with her one-to-one over the past few years. Throughout every experience, she has been an incredibly skilled facilitator, bringing both deep knowledge and genuine wisdom to her work.

What stands out most is the care and integrity with which Hannah holds every space. She has a gentleness that creates a sense of safety, allowing you to explore even the most vulnerable parts of yourself feeling fully supported.

Whether you choose to work with Hannah individually or within one of her group containers, I couldn't recommend her more highly. Her work has been a truly meaningful part of my own journey, and I'm deeply grateful for everything she has shared.

    Jane, Ireland.
