what I draw from

what I draw from

I draw from a range of modalities and practices, shaped by years of study and the guidance of many valued teachers.

In 2025, I completed a three-year MA in Jungian PsychologyArt, Psyche and the Creative Imagination—at the Technological University of the Shannon. Prior to that, I trained as a Holistic Therapist & Coach with Estelle Bingham (CMA-accredited).

Complimentary to this I have completed 200hrs Yoga Asana & Philosophy training in Dharamshala, India, and studied ego, consciousness, and awakening with the Kriya Lightning Foundation for a number of years.

Since 2020, I’ve been exploring Tantric intimacy practices with The Yoga of Intimacy, and am currently training in the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy.

My masters research focused on the potential of the body in processing unconscious material and reclaiming the Inner Child. My work is deeply influenced by body-informed therapies, drawing on the research of Marion Woodman, Marian Dunlea, Alexander Lowen, and Philip Shepherd.

I remain a committed student, continually learning from the wisdom of others.

A little more of the story behind my work…

I grew up on a farm in Ireland, close to the land and to a slower way of life. In my twenties, I moved to London to pursue a career in fashion and film. I eventually worked with Florence and the Machine, touring internationally—a role full of excitement and creativity. But beneath the surface, I was struggling. I felt anxious and disconnected, constantly seeking ways to numb or escape what I didn’t yet know how to face.

A turning point came when someone I loved dearly took his own life. The grief that followed was so painful that it woke me up, as is often the hidden gift of loss. I gave up my party lifestyle, began addressing my addictions, and embarked on a journey of self discovery.

I paused my life in London and travelled to Peru, where I spent a year living in the Amazon and working with plant medicine. It was a time of deep unravelling—stripping away the attachments and identities I had built, and beginning to reconnect with a more honest sense of self.

That journey continued for several years as I travelled, studied, and immersed myself in different cultures and healing traditions. I trained in yoga and meditation in India, worked with teachers who helped me understand the ego and the Self, and began exploring ancestral and collective patterns that shaped how I saw the world. My work with the Kriya Lightning Foundation deepened my awareness of the subtle body and helped me reconnect with the intelligence of the heart.

As I slowed down, my creativity began to return. Alongside my work with others, I began making art again—expressing my connection to nature and the earth. This creative thread now weaves into how I hold space, offering a grounding and nourishing environment for others to reconnect with their own inner wisdom and imagination.

In 2023, I founded Síolta—a holistic wellbeing community that brings together practitioners across a range of modalities. Our focus is on collaboration, accessibility, and building community through shared knowledge and care.

Alongside this, I support a small number of heart-led businesses through Of Earth & Sky, my boutique creative studio. I offer branding, consultancy, and design to help others bring their work into the world with clarity and integrity. It’s a natural extension of my path—supporting others to share what matters most to them.

I live in Cork, West Ireland, and work with people both in person and online. I’ll always be learning, and while I don’t have it all figured out, I’m committed to sharing what I’ve gathered so far with honesty and heart.

If you’ve read this far, I’d love to hear from you.

With love,
Hannah x

Words From others…

  • I remember when I first met Hannah there was a sense of instantly relaxing and trusting her and feeling as though I was in the presence of someone embodying a great deal of the divine mother.

Hannah is a wonderful person and space holder. She holds a very warm, safe and non judgemental space. During times that we have worked on subjects that I may feel shame or resistance around, I have only been met with acceptance, warmth and caring, never judgement.

When working with Hannah it is easy to look at my issues from a space of “everything is already ok” and that I don’t need to fix or improve my self to be worthy of love and acceptance. Hannah is very intuitive and sensitive yet grounded and human.

I highly recommend working with her!

  • I have had the privilege of experiencing Hannah's work in both group and 1 on 1 settings and fully appreciate the way she can hold space, share wisdom and untangle wounds for healing in both scenarios.

Her gentle but conscientious approach feels like an education with a safe and friendly hand to hold.

It's so important for this kind of work to be readily available. I'm very grateful to have found Hannah on this path and am excited to see what she will facilitate for me along the way.

  • I have had numerous one:one sessions with Hannah, each engenders deeper discovery of myself. Working with Hannah is one of the only times I feel I can truly let go and release what needs to be released.

Post session I feel a true sense of lightness and calm; negative energy is neutralised; uphill struggles are diminished to gentle slopes. I would highly recommend trying a session to see what you uncover.

    Sarah, London.

  • I first met Hannah because I wanted to understand my relationship with money. During our initial consultation I could hear her genuine interest in wanting to help me dig deeper. Through our sessions she holds space for me to be completely honest and vulnerable. She shows you that not everything is one sided and has a root cause. We laugh, I cry and even though we chat through a screen I can feel her affection for what I’m going through. Her grounding presence is infectious as she opens her sessions with a big smile and non judgmental ‘how are you today?’ Hannah is pure magic! If you are looking to dive deeper into the self, you’re in the right place. Needless to say I’ve learnt about money in forms I never thought of. I am grateful for each of our chats and always look forward to the next one. They’re difficult but you leave lighter and more enlightened then before. Thank you Hannah!
